Former UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled featherweight bout against “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung on November 10 due to a left biceps tear. Yair Rodríguez will step in to take on Jung in the new main event of UFC Denver.

Rodríguez (10-2) is coincidentally coming off of a second-round TKO loss to Edgar in May of last year. He holds an Octagon record of 6-1 and has notable wins over Dan Hooker, Alex Caceres, and UFC Hall of Famer B.J. Penn.

Jung (14-4) is coming off of a first-round knockout victory over Dennis Bermudez back in February of last year. “The Korean Zombie” holds an Octagon record of 4-1 and has memorable submission wins over Leonard Garcia via twister and Dustin Poirier via D'Arce choke.
